Ganesh Prakasham

Excellent Hindu Temple offering divine experience. This is one of the few temples that are doing pradosham puja having both Shiva lingam and Nandhi. Main deity is Ganapathy, in addition they have other deities such as Shiva, ambal, durga, Sandi kesar, Ayyappa, Murugar, Nava graha, Narayan, lakshmi, shirdi sai, hanuman and kalabairava. A must visit temple for all devotees.

Feel blessed to have found this place, have been here quite frequently over the past 14 months. The temple organization really plan and celebrate every special event, festival with a lot of effort. Delighted to have experienced this outside home

Very nice temple....I am a Bengali and didn't understand most people speaking out there.... But still I loved the way they worship... Definitely recommend for people missing their homeland temples.

On the eve of Makara Sankranti I visited this temple

Directions: From Bad Cannstatt Station take U2 towards Neugret and get down at Hauptfriedhof Station from there walk 5min you will find one big shed follow maps route

Temple opening times:From 6 pm you can start getting inside there is a coat room and shoe rack once u cross this room u will enter Mandir

Main deity is Vinayaka but you also have dieties of Arunachal Shiva, Lakshmi Devi,shirdi sai, ayappa swamy, Anjaneya swamy, Murugan

Archana can be performed on wish ,bananas coconut and a plate with vibudhi will be given by priest

Two priests are there

I went on Sunday

Try to be there by around 6:30pm to witness first Pooja
It takes around 1,5 hr to 2hr

Prasad will be served lightly

There are couple of Indian restaurants on the way explore if interested

Overall I felt very happy with Darshan and want all of you to visit the temple and get blessings,do like this post so it will be useful to all

Finally, a temple in germany that very much reminds me of my home Chennai. Run by Sri Lankan Tamils, they really manage the place well and do very elaborate Pooja. Also, the annathaanam/ food service is also very good. Would definitely recommend.
